TO SELL ON EBAY: DOES IT WORTH IT?

this story has started about two month ago. I  have placed lot on Ebay. That was Guerlain Meteorites very rare limited edition. (you can see it on first picture).

I offer free shipping and marked "no return" options and this description and my own pictures of my own product.

And one person with nick name 2013_bige bought it. He/she paid fast? and everything were right. But 10 days after delivery buyer open return case. With tittle DAMAGED ITEM to avoid my "no return" option.

And here is what buyer write:

"Laminated"?? Girls, if you ever bought Guerlain Meteorites, you knew that it is never laminated in shops. And everytime I bought it, sellers open it and check condition before purchase. Does it means that product is used??? And the most important I never write in description that it laminated or was not open. I did these pictures for buyers, by the way, or 2013_bige thought it were x-ray pictures?

So Final Ebay decision is "product does not match description". But Im, sure it does.

You can see description - no words about laminated or unopened product. 

Even more - on photos, as part of description, product is not laminated and out of box for pictures, but it is still new and unused. So buyer knew before purchase that product is not laminated and were taken out of box for pictures. 

And to confirm his/her words Buyer attached two almost the same pictures :

Did you see something wrong on this picture? If it was something wrong with pearl or box, why 2013_bige did not make a picture? Are there any reason or damage sign on this photo? I don't thing so. So I reply that.

And I also ask Ebay to help and protect me from dishonest buyer. Actually I thought that this person just want to get this expensive item for free.

And I got this reply:

So they see that my seller history is perfect and Im bringing Ebay money for three years. And still did not nothing to protect me.

And as if buyer marked case as "damaged item" I have to pay for return shipping. I send buyer message and offer to send me item back without payment, because item is not damaged and he/she did not pay for shipping at all. 2013_bige did not reply.

And when the most interesting has begun.... 2013_bige asked Ebay to step in.
This case got "on hold " status till 18th July and 140$ were taken from my PayPal without my any permission. I got notification that Ebay will connect with if they need any information from me.
So for 10 days I was not able to use my Ebay or PayPal account.

And  20th I got notification that Ebay closed case in the buyers favor, because item did not match the description. And no evidence for me. At all! And where is my item?  Buyer did not send it back! As I thought 2013_bige just dishonest person who get product for free.

So every person can take your item for free with only one wish. 
And the worst thing - Ebay do not care! 

They help to bad persons like 2013_bige to rob you using buyer protection program. How about to protect seller, which bring them money?

You still need to pay 10% to Ebay, by the way. And about 5-7% to PayPal. No one return me my 10% fees or PayPal fees.

Do you still want to sell on EBAY? I do not. But I'd like to be a buyer.
